The State Security Service's Directorate for the Fergana region, in a swift operation conducted with the involvement of customs and internal affairs bodies, exposed a drug lab organized for the production of synthetic drugs in one of the houses in the "Mindonobod" MCA in Fergana district. The State Security Service reported this to darakchi.uz.
It was revealed that three individuals living in Margilan city, born in 1990 and 2001, rented this house for $250 a month, where they engaged in the production of narcotic substances.
During the inspection, from this address 8 kg 185 gr. of Alpha-PVP, 4 kg 209 gr. of "Spice", 427 gr. of "Mephedrone" synthetic narcotics, as well as 12 kg 326 gr. of special liquid and 13 kg 925 gr. of tobacco products were seized as physical evidence.
According to the expert's evaluation, the total 12 kg 821 gr. of synthetic narcotics obtained during the rapid operation were valued at 9 billion 185 million soms in the black market.
During the pre-investigation check, it was found out that the offenders, as part of a criminal group involved in selling narcotic substances online, prepared drugs based on raw materials supplied by "stash" method, leaving them in designated hidden locations throughout the region, and sending their geolocations to the members of the criminal group.
In return, each of the three individuals received a salary of 500 US dollars a week in cryptocurrency.
Currently, criminal proceedings have been initiated against these individuals under Article 273, part 4, clause "b" of the Criminal Code, and detention has been imposed as a preventive measure.
