A person who beat a man into a coma in a restaurant in Tashkent was arrested in Kazakhstan.

Currently, measures are being taken to extradite him to the city of Tashkent.

Last night in one of Tashkent's restaurants, a man knocked another man into a coma, defending a woman. 

Currently, according to the capital's Department of Internal Affairs report, due to Akmal Shukurov, born in 1995, fleeing from the investigation, he has been charged in absentia under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan articles 277 ("Hooliganism") and 104 ("Intentional grievous bodily harm") and a "Detention" precautionary measure has been applied. 

As a result of prompt actions by law enforcement officers, A.Shukurov was detained in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Steps are now being taken to extradite him to the city of Tashkent.
