According to Trump's words, after a peace agreement is made between the two countries, both Moscow and Kyiv will have the opportunity to conduct major business with the USA.

Russia and Ukraine might sign a peace agreement this week. US President Donald Trump mentioned this on his Truth Social social network writing.

According to Trump's words, after the peace agreement is signed between the two countries, both Moscow and Kyiv will have the opportunity to conduct major business with the USA.

“I hope that Russia and Ukraine reach an agreement this week. Then both sides will start big business with the prospering and enriching United States of America”, wrote the leader of the USA.

Trump did not reveal any details about how the agreement is proceeding and how it can be achieved.

For your information, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, after meeting with Ukrainian and European leaders in Paris on April 18, had stated that if there’s no progress in achieving a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine soon, the USA might stop its mediation efforts. According to his words, the USA has been on Ukraine's side for the last three years, but now desires an end to the conflict.
