The poem "I Want an Unloved Lover" by Fergana poet Ilhomjon Komilov was found to have been used without the consent of the copyright owner and without making a contract by Sardor Mamadaliyev. The Ministry of Justice reported about this.
It was reported that, in connection with the case, an administrative protocol under Article 177¹ of the Administrative Responsibility Code (violation of copyright and related rights) was drawn up against the violator and sent to the appropriate court.
According to the decision of the Sergeli District Court on Criminal Cases in Tashkent city, the violator was fined double the basic calculation amount, which is 750,000 UZS, under Part 1 of Article 177¹ of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
