On August 16, employees of the IIO (Internal Affairs Department) on duty in Olmazor district stopped three young men who were acting suspiciously.
One of them—U.M., born in 2005—refused to show documents, resisted, and attempted to flee the scene. According to the official statement, the young man was placed in a police vehicle and taken to the district IIO's temporary detention facility.
A report was officially filed against U.M. under Articles 194 and 195 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, and the case was sent to court. The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that the young man was not placed in a detention center.
