Trump is preparing for a meeting with Zelenskyy and Putin.

On The Mark Levin Show radio show, Trump said he had met separately with Putin and Zelenskyy and now felt it was appropriate for them to talk to each other.

Trump's press secretary, Caroline Levitt, also confirmed Putin's readiness to meet with Zelenskyy.

However, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov did not confirm that preparations for such a meeting were underway.
