On October 4, a "severe-level magnetic storm" is expected to be observed in the country's territory. According to Meteonova data, a geomagnetic disturbance is forecast to reach the highest level of 4 points and to be felt more strongly at 8:00 AM. During the day, the intensity is expected to decrease to 3 points, and by October 5, the storm's impact is anticipated to drop to 2-3 points.

Experts emphasize that the effects of magnetic storms are primarily felt by those suffering from cardiovascular diseases, problems related to the nervous system, diabetes, and bronchial asthma. Additionally, those sensitive to weather and experiencing meteorological symptoms (weather-related pain) will also feel the impact more strongly.

Experts call on the population to exercise extra caution in the morning and daytime. This includes drinking water, eating properly, and paying attention to sudden signs related to blood circulation. This is considered an important factor in mitigating the effects of the magnetic storm and maintaining health.

The population of Uzbekistan should be vigilant and prepared during these days, paying particular attention to their health.
