The press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Shakhrukh Giyosov, commented on the situation, stating that the incident occurred on Chimkent Street in the Mirabad district.
The drunk citizen A.A., who disturbed public peace in a public place, was reported via the "panic button" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by employees of the "Patriki" eatery.
At 23:10, officers from the local Prevention Department who arrived on the scene attempted to take measures against him, but the driver resisted, failing to comply with lawful demands.
Subsequently, physical force was used against him, he was neutralized, and taken to the district Department of Internal Affairs.
Currently, the Mirabad District Department of Internal Affairs has officially documented the case under Articles 183 and 194 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, and the case has been sent to court.
