In Jizzakh, a school student died as a result of being hit by a car.

On December 7 of last year, a minor girl was hit by a car in the city of Jizzakh. She was hospitalized with severe bodily injuries but passed away on December 20.

The incident occurred as a result of the driver violating traffic rules.

A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code, the suspect has been detained, and preliminary investigative actions are ongoing.
