An administrative warning is a measure consisting of notifying a person who has committed an offense about the illegality of their actions and issuing an official reprimand, which is formalized in written or electronic form.

This measure is applied for minor offenses, including in cases provided for in Articles 125, 128¹, 128², 128⁶, 135¹, and 138 of the Code.

An administrative warning is issued by an authorized body in cases where the person is genuinely remorseful for what they have done and there are no other signs of illegality.

According to the law, an administrative warning cannot be applied to one person more than once a year.
