A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the incident involving the deaths of two people in the Sergeli district of Tashkent city. This was reported to Darakchi.uz by the General Prosecutor's Office.
According to preliminary data, the incident occurred on May 21. As a result of the incident, a girl born in 2004 and a Chinese citizen born in 1975 died.
In connection with this incident, the Prosecutor's Office of the Sergeli district has initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 97 of the Criminal Code — premeditated murder.
A person born in 1998, a teacher, suspected of committing the crime has been detained in procedural order. According to the General Prosecutor's Office, investigative actions are currently being carried out in the case.
