Temur Malik claimed that strong psychotropic drugs were used on his father at the hospital, and that after being brought home, he remained unconscious for a day and died on April 14. The deceased had been suffering from Alzheimer's disease in recent years.
A complaint has now been filed with the regional prosecutor's office regarding the situation, and a forensic medical examination has been ordered. The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office also reported that pre-investigation checks are being carried out regarding this incident, and a legal decision will be made upon completion.
