This project is being implemented within the framework of a decision adopted on December 27, 2025, and envisions improving the passenger transportation system in the Fergana Valley.

The railway loop, with a total length of 324 kilometers, connects the cities of the valley, creating new opportunities for residents, entrepreneurs, and tourists.

The new train consists of 6 cars, with a capacity of 586 seats, and can travel at a speed of 120 km per hour. The ticket price is set at 15,000 soums.

The train is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, USB charging points, special amenities for persons with disabilities, and modern safety systems.

The project is expected to not only develop the transport system in the valley but also boost tourism and economic activity.
