The calculated values by region are as follows:

  • Republic of Karakalpakstan — 105,215 soums;
  • Syrdarya region — 112,222 soums;
  • Andijan region — 114,625 soums;
  • Khorezm region — 116,010 soums;
  • Namangan region — 116,536 soums;
  • Bukhara region — 116,578 soums;
  • Jizzakh region — 116,675 soums;

The State Statistics Committee notes that these calculations are based on the average prices of ingredients necessary for preparing plov — sunflower oil, onions, beef, carrots, laser rice, chickpeas, cumin, and table salt.

At the same time, these figures represent not the market price of one kilogram of ready-made plov sold in the regions, but the cost of the ingredients required to prepare it.
