Famous Brazilian footballer Neymar announced that he has decided to end his career with the national team.
"My journey with the national team has come to an end. I made history, gave my all, but now I do not wish to continue," said Neymar.
The footballer has been playing for the Brazilian national team since 2010. He is considered one of the best scorers in the history of the national team.
Neymar participated in the World Cup, Copa America, and other major tournaments with Brazil. He set many records during his career with the national team.
The forward, who is approaching 36 years old, spent most of his career at leading European clubs. He defended the colors of teams such as Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Al-Hilal.
