In Kyrgyzstan, two Uzbek citizens who were on the international wanted list were detained

Currently, both individuals are being held in the temporary detention facility of the Osh City Internal Affairs Directorate.

In Osh, Kyrgyzstan, criminal investigation officers detained two citizens of Uzbekistan who were on the international wanted list. This was reported by "24.kg" citing the city police department.

According to reports, the first citizen, born in 1988, was detained on August 6 in one of the apartments on Masaliyev Street. He lives in Andijan region and has been convicted several times before.

This person had been on the international wanted list since December 31, 2025. In Uzbekistan, he is suspected of committing crimes involving the use of force against citizens and law enforcement officers.

The second citizen, born in 1985, was detained on August 7 on Avicenna Street. He also lives in Andijan region. According to police, this person was put on the international wanted list on suspicion of committing murder in Tashkent.

Currently, both individuals are being held in the temporary detention cell of the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs. The issue of handing them over to Uzbekistan's law enforcement agencies is being considered.
