Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has received four official certificates from Guinness World Records for a number of football records. The certificates were presented to the player at the team's Etihad Stadium ahead of the new season.
The Norwegian striker was included in the Guinness World Records list with the following achievements:

The footballer with the most goals in the UEFA Nations League — 19 goals. Haaland has scored 19 goals in the competition's history while playing for the Norway national team.

The fastest footballer to reach 100 goals in the English Premier League — 111 matches. Haaland achieved this result on 2 December 2025 in a match against Fulham.

The most goals in a 38-match Premier League season — 36 goals. Haaland set this record in the 2022/2023 season by scoring 36 goals. He left behind Mohamed Salah's haul of 32 goals.

The most goals in a single Champions League match — 5 goals. Haaland scored five times against RB Leipzig on 14 March 2023. Lionel Messi and Luiz Adriano had also achieved this result before him.
The 26-year-old Haaland is currently considered one of the main strikers for Manchester City and the Norway national team. According to Guinness World Records, the footballer also features on the cover of the organization's 2027 "Football Edition" publication.
