It is known that yesterday Uzbekistan won its first gold medal at the Paris-2024 Olympics. Diёra Keldiyrova became the first Uzbek female judoka to climb the Olympic podium. In the final match, she defeated Kosovo's Distria Krasniqi, who won the gold medal in the -48 kg weight category at the Tokyo Olympics. Champion was congratulated by Saida Mirziyoyeva.
