Chinese engineers have tested a new hybrid drone called Nezha-SeaDart, according to zamon.uz 

The device is capable of vertical take-off and landing from both the ground and underwater, smoothly transitioning through the water-air interface, and moving underwater.

The drone passed 10 days of testing in a lake in Zhejiang province of China, proving its efficiency. Now, military submarines can be equipped with a similar device.
