The court proceedings for alimony collection for Rasul Kusherbaev's underage child will take place on August 15. The former deputy has not yet provided any public comments on this matter.
The Yakkasaroy Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases has accepted a lawsuit for alimony collection against former deputy and advisor to the Minister of Ecology, Rasul Kusherbaev. The court hearing is scheduled for August 15, 2025, at 16:00.
According to Supreme Court press secretary Aziz Abidov, Kusherbaev has been ordered to pay one-fourth of his income as alimony for the financial support of his underage daughter, M.K., born on October 5, 2023.
Information circulating on social networks indicates that the plaintiff, Sh.I., is a disabled woman who claims to have met Kusherbaev in 2022 and had a child with him. The woman, who alleges they were in a religious marriage, accuses the former deputy of failing to provide financial support and even attempting to burden her with his debts and loans.
Kusherbaev has not yet made any official public statements regarding this matter. However, some of his past remarks on social networks, including statements like "I spat on gender equality," have sparked widespread debate.
