In the context of the upcoming Advisory meeting, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was solemnly presented with the Honorary Award of the leaders of the Central Asian states for his special services in developing friendship, neighborliness, and mutual understanding among the regional states. The President's press service reported this. 

The head of our state expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Central Asia, emphasizing that this high award is a recognition of the common achievements in strengthening regional cooperation and strategic partnership among our countries.

  • Thanks to our political will and joint efforts, today Central Asia is becoming a space of neighborliness, mutually beneficial cooperation, and sustainable development, - Shavkat Mirziyoyev said in his speech.

As a result of coordinated activities, the volume of trade and investments has increased several times, extensive cooperation projects are being implemented, cross-border trade zones, value-added chains, modern transport, and energy infrastructure are being established.

Solidarity and the sense of regional identity are getting stronger. Most importantly, the citizens of the region are feeling these positive changes in their daily lives.

The consolidation of international subjectivity and the high attractiveness of the region contribute to Central Asia evolving into a center of economic activity, a transport-communication bridge that connects East and West, North and South was noted.

The head of our state particularly emphasized the stable, consistent, and irreversible nature of the rapprochement process among the countries of the region as a result of the systematic implementation of important initiatives and decisions.

In conclusion, Shavkat Mirziyoyev once again expressed his gratitude to the leaders for the high award and emphasized that transforming Central Asia into a peaceful and prosperous region remains a key goal of Uzbekistan's foreign policy.
