A father living in Fergana city, Fergana region, paid in advance the child support payments required until his child reaches 18 years of age.
It appears that based on the enforcement document of the Fergana interdistrict court on civil matters, debtor I.Kh. was ordered to pay alimony for the material support of his underage child in favor of the claimant Kh.Q.
It is emphasized that debtor I.Kh., understanding his obligations for the material support of his children, although having taken responsibility to pay alimony, has approached the Enforcement Bureau of the Fergana city with a proposal to pay in advance the alimony payments for his child until they reach 18 years, having agreed upon this with his ex-spouse.
The state executor of the Bureau calculated and paid the sum of 75,564,625 UZS of alimony payments to the ex-spouse.
