The education system is considered the foundation of state development, future, and social prosperity. Improving the system of monitoring and assessing the quality of education is essential for ensuring quality education. From this perspective, the proposal of the Uzbekistan Liberal Democratic Party's Pre-election Program to introduce a system of non-governmental education audit that assesses independently and impartially from state organizations is of great importance.

Currently, across the republic, there are more than 10,600 public general education schools, over 450 private schools, and more than 210 higher education institutions operating. The formation of an independent assessment system along with state control in these educational institutions serves to further develop competition in the field and lays the groundwork for quality improvement.

According to the party, implementing a system of non-governmental educational audit creates new opportunities to enhance the efficiency and quality of the education system. The independence and impartiality of non-governmental education audit from state organizations play an essential role in controlling and improving education quality.

Education audit is a process that assesses the activity, efficiency, and quality of the education system, checking the compatibility of educational institutions with their strategic goals and standards. Non-governmental education audit, carried out by independent organizations, provides a fair and objective assessment of the process. It helps identify problems that arise during the educational process by providing an independent approach to evaluating the activities of educational institutions.

There are several advantages to implementing a non-governmental education audit system.

The independence and impartial assessment of the non-governmental education audit system enable an objective evaluation of the activities of educational institutions. This, in turn, not only offers the opportunity to improve education quality and identify current problems but also provides specific recommendations for enhancing and developing the operations of educational institutions. Such an approach increases the efficiency of educational institutions and assists in their development.

At the initiative of the party, the implementation of a non-governmental education audit system contributes significantly to the development of the education system through an independent and impartial approach to education quality, objective evaluation of institutional activities, and deep identification of problems.
