The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the end of Iran's missile strike, allowing the population to exit shelters, giving permission.

"After assessing the situation, it is now allowed to leave protected shelters in all regions of the country. We continue to ask the public to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command," the report says.

On the evening of October 1, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran launched missiles towards Israel, describing it as retaliation for the deaths of the leaders of HAMAS and "Hezbollah".

According to the Jerusalem Post, Iran launched about 500 missiles, which has been the most extensive strike against Israel.

Following the missile launches, Israel, Jordan, and Iraq immediately closed their airspace.

It is noted that several missiles fell on ground targets in central and southern Israel, with the damage being assessed. There is no information about casualties so far.

"We intercepted many missiles. However, some targets in the center and south were hit," – said IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari.

The IDF warned Iran of consequences for these strikes.
