Fraud related to issuing fake driver's licenses and certificates has been exposed

During a preliminary investigation conducted by the Department under the Prosecutor's Office in the Bulungur district, it was revealed that a driving school instructor, G.Q., had taken 600 US dollars from citizen A.R. with a promise to provide a driver's license without the need for attending the driving school, and subsequently issued a fake license.
