In a criminal case reviewed by the Fergana City Court, citizen I.B. was found guilty under Part 3, clauses "a" and "b" of Article 168 of the Criminal Code (fraud) and sentenced to a fine of 112 million 500 thousand soums, equivalent to 300 times the base amount.

According to court documents, the citizen had been held in custody since March 2024 in connection with a previously filed criminal case.

Taking into account his admission of guilt and partial compensation for the damages caused, as well as the 126 days he spent in custody, the court imposed a fine and ruled for his release in the courtroom.

Audio and video recordings presented as key evidence, along with witness testimonies, were attached to the criminal case.

The verdict may be appealed within 20 days from the date of its announcement through appellate or cassation procedures.
