“On the Conflict of Interests” law application list of state bodies and organizations has been confirmed. The Anti-Corruption Agency reported about this.
As known, the law “On the Conflict of Interests" of the Republic of Uzbekistan: the law:
- is applied to state bodies and local government authorities;
- state institutions, state unitary enterprises, and state targeted funds;
- joint-stock companies where the state ownership is 50 percent or more.
To ensure the execution of the Decree No. PQ-210 by the head of the state the decree the Republic's Interdepartmental Commission has approved a specific list of state bodies and organizations where the “On the Conflict of Interests” law is applied for coordination of work on the law's implementation.
If state bodies and organizations are reorganized according to legislation, have their name changed, or are newly established, matters related to regulating relationships concerning conflicts of interest will be supervised by the designated authority — the Anti-Corruption Agency, which will make relevant changes and additions to the List.
