“Uzbekistan Railways” JSC has planned to launch a new train on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of “Uztemiryulyulovchi” JSC.
The said diesel train has been constructed based on the contract between “Tashkent Passenger Car Building and Repair Factory” JSC and “Uztemiryulyulovchi” JSC, comprising 12 carriages including 2 VIP, 4 business, 4 economy, 1 dining, and 1 diesel carriage. (Business class seats change according to the direction). Currently, the train is undergoing trial runs on this route.
The train journey lasts 6 hours, covering a distance of 592 km. Following the completion of the diesel train trial, it will be made available to passengers in the coming days.
In addition to their comfort, the advantages of the carriages include a cooling system that continues to work even when they are stationary, unlike other carriages.
