A man and his 3 children died in their home in Karshi city due to carbon monoxide poisoning from the heating system. The Chief Prosecutor's Press Secretary, Hayot Shamsutdinov, informed darakchi.uz about this.
It is noted that the incident occurred on December 17. The father was 46 years old, his son 18, and two daughters 16 and 10 years old.
During the preliminary investigation, it was discovered that the carbon monoxide leakage was from the part connected to the common air draft flue (“exhaust ventilation”) of the modern dual-circuit boiler installed in the basement of the house.
Investigative actions are being carried out by the Karshi city prosecutor's office regarding the incident.
