Starting from January 1, 2025, children of poor families will be accepted to state preschool education institutions on a preferential basis link.
From the 2025-2026 academic year, the living expenses of children from poor families in state HEI dormitories will be covered by the state budget.
From 2025, separate quotas will be allocated for the children of poor families by the “Hope of the Nation” fund.
Also, based on the conclusions of the consolidated managers of JSC “People's Bank”, “Microcreditbank”:
poor families will be granted an interest-free loan without collateral for 5 years with a 2-year grace period to purchase a laptop;
for starting entrepreneurial activities, interest-free loans without collateral are granted for up to 5 years, with instalment payments to purchase small manufacturing equipment, food trucks, mopeds, scooters, and other main tools worth up to 30 million UZS.
