According to the decision of the Shaykhontohur District Court dated January 13, 2025, blogger “Jasjan” was sentenced to 5 days in detention.
J.Shodieva and S.Saidova, on January 11, 2025, around 12:00 at the front of the “Hilton” hotel, while being in a public place, engaged in a quarrel, insulted each other, took a video of their altercation, and thereby disturbed the peace of the citizens present, committing a minor hooliganism offense.
In court, admitting their guilt and providing an explanation, J.Shodieva and S.Saidova described their act of recording a video at the front of the “Hilton” hotel, playing the roles of “negative girl and negative boy,” insulting each other and quarreling.
The court sentenced J.Shodieva (“Jasjan”) to 5 days of administrative detention, and S.Saidova was fined an administrative penalty in the amount of 1 BHM (Basic Calculation Amount).
