The Law signed by the President (Law No. ЎРҚ-1018, dated 13.01.2025) introduced amendments and additions to the “Law on State Duty.” The Ministry of Justice reported this.
According to the addition to the “Law on State Duty,” when the location (postal address) of business entities and other legal entities changes due to the formation or abolition of administrative-territorial units, changes to their boundaries or subordination, they are exempted from paying the state duty for re-registration.
Furthermore, additions are being made to exempt insurers from paying the state duty for claims arising out of mandatory insurance contracts.
Insurers (the insured persons, beneficiaries, victims) are exempted from paying the state duty for claims arising out of mandatory insurance contracts in Civil and Economic Courts.
The Law comes into force from the day of its official publication.
