The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev's official visit to the United Arab Emirates has concluded.
The leader of Uzbekistan held productive talks with the UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in the Emirates' capital city of Abu Dhabi and met with the heads of the country's leading state organizations, companies, and banks.
At the conclusion of the talks, a set of bilateral documents was adopted, including a declaration on establishing a strategic partnership.
Our state leader participated in the opening of the "Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week" international summit and the awarding ceremony of the Sheikh Zayed Award for Sustainability, putting forward a number of important initiatives at the summit's general assembly.
Today, talks were held in the city of Dubai with the Vice-President of the United Arab Emirates, the Prime Minister, and the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
At the end of the visit, the distinguished guest was seen off at Dubai International Airport by the President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Group, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and the UAE Minister of Government Affairs Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi.
The leader of our state has departed for Tashkent.
