It was noted that as per the order of the head of the department dated January 22, a disciplinary sanction in the form of a fine of 25 percent of the average monthly salary had been applied to this school director. The department announced that the collection and organization of funds for compulsory wearing of uniforms by students in educational institutions was strictly prohibited and strongly condemned such negative situations.
