The primary purpose of the trip for tourists coming from the US to Uzbekistan has been announced.

According to the preliminary data from the Statistics Agency, during 2024 30,672 tourists visited Uzbekistan from the USA.

This figure has increased by 7,720 compared to 2023. 

The main reasons for the visit of tourists from the USA to Uzbekistan in 2024 were:

  •  tourism – 24,545 people
  •  business trips – 2,861 people
  • visiting relatives – 2,517 people
  • commerce – 397 people
  • study – 340 people
  • treatment – 12 people.
