India's "Larsen & Toubro" (L&T) company will implement the project of building the first ever sustainable data processing center in Uzbekistan, which will support artificial intelligence and have a capacity of 10 megawatts, reports the "Dunya" IA.
The project to be implemented in the city of Tashkent is designed to support the next generation of artificial intelligence applications, minimize environmental impact, and enhance energy efficiency by equipping the modern facility with advanced opportunities that include designing, purchasing technologies, and performing construction works.
In a statement released by the engineering company "Larsen & Toubro", the project is described as an "important" order.
The data center will be equipped with robust systems for protecting confidential information, utilizing advanced security technologies, according to the company statement.
The project will set new standards for the infrastructure of data centers in the region, harmonizing advanced technologies with a strict commitment to sustainability.
"Larsen & Toubro" is a multinational company from India, valued at 27 billion US dollars, operating in various regions of the world, dealing with EPC projects (engineering, procurement, and construction), high-tech manufacturing, and services.
