The regular session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis took place. During it, deputies reviewed the report on the execution of the State Program for implementing the "Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy in the "Year of Support for Youth and Business" by the end of 2024.
At the meeting, the Minister of Economy and Finance Jamshid Kochkorov provided information.
According to him, all necessary measures have been taken to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the priority directions and goals in the State Program. By the end of 2024, the gross domestic product increased by 6.5 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 115 billion dollars. State budget revenues reached 274.4 trillion UZS, an increase of 18.4 percent. The annual inflation rate was 9.8 percent.
