“On improving the procedures for financing the social protection system for the population” Presidential Decree (PF-17 number) was adopted. Reported by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the decree, from April 1, 2025:
“Social assistance provided through “Social Registers” funds will be offered to families included in the Registry of Impoverished Families, while social assistance for improving housing conditions and healthcare will also be provided to families whose monthly income per family member does not exceed twice the amount of the minimum consumer expenses.”
In this case, it is allowed to direct not more than 25 percent of the revenues from the “Women's Register” and “Youth Register” funds to organize and conduct cultural, educational, sports, and tourism events;
Social assistance through the “Social Registers” funds will be provided in the following manner:
The determination of certain social assistance for the youth and women of impoverished families in the individual plan for lifting families out of poverty, without requiring any additional applications from these individuals, will form the basis for providing social assistance on account of the “Social Registers” funds;
The assessment of the social status of individuals who have applied for social assistance from the “Social Registers” funds will be carried out automatically through the “Single National Social Protection” information system based on the scoring results of the automatic assessment of the family's financial situation through interdepartmental information exchange.
