Specifically, a citizen T.M. (female born in 2001) from Sariosiyo district in Surkhandarya region, in May 2024, during a quarrel with her former husband A.Q (male born in 1994), as a way to pressure and intimidate the father due to not providing child support and other financial assistance, made a video call, beating her child A.R (daughter born in 2023) and recording it to send to her ex-husband.
