The Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced a government bill project for public discussion, which envisages the possibility of choosing numbers for documents on a paid basis here.
The initiative applies to documents such as the ID-card, biometric passport for international travel, driving license, and the certificate of vehicle registration.
As emphasized in the document, this is related to the increasing demand among citizens to obtain documents with any desired combination of numbers.
The sale of combined numbers is planned to be organized through an information system, based on a list provided by the authorized body - the Main Directorate of Migration and Citizenship Registration under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The selection and purchase of numbers are proposed to be carried out online, where the number series do not participate in the sale process.
The project discussion will continue until March 8.
