It is reported that a citizen born in 1984 demanded 26 thousand US dollars in exchange for illegally sending 4 individuals residing in the Chust district on a Hajj pilgrimage.
During an operational event conducted by employees of the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he was caught with material evidence while receiving 6 thousand dollars.
Regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under part 4, paragraph "a" of Article 168 of the Criminal Code (fraud), and investigative actions are being carried out.
