During the days of April 5-9 of this year, the conference, which will be held in the Congress-Hall complex of the "Tashkent City" area, is expected to be attended by nearly 2,000 delegates from 180 countries of the world, 15 observer states, and more than 25 international and inter-parliamentary organizations.
The main theme of the meeting is "Parliamentary action for social development and justice," discussing issues such as eradicating poverty, creating decent working conditions, supporting social inclusion, and increasing the participation of marginalized groups in the decision-making process.
At the end of the assembly, resolutions of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Tashkent Declaration will be adopted.
