Rainy days have started in Uzbekistan, and the temperature is dropping.

Uzhydromet announced the weekly weather forecast.

According to the report of Uzhydromet, moist and relatively cool air masses have started to enter the western regions of the republic. In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Navoiy regions, it rained, and in some places, it will be strong.

On March 24th, moist air masses spread to all regions of Uzbekistan. It will rain across the republic, in some places it will be strong, thunderstorms might be observed. In some places, the wind speed will increase up to 15-20 m/s. The temperature will be around 12-15 degrees Celsius warm. 

Unstable weather will persist until the end of the working week. Rain will continue in some areas of the republic, with a lower probability of rain only on March 26-28 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, and Navoiy regions.

During these days, the temperature will gradually decrease, reaching 4-6 degrees Celsius warm at night, during the day 8-13 degrees Celsius warm.

In the foothills and mountainous areas, precipitation (rain, which may turn into snow), on March 24-25, will be strong in some places.

In the republic's foothills and mountainous areas, there might be occurrences of mudslide and flood events.

On March 24-25, there is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous areas of the republic.

In Tashkent: it will rain on March 24th. The wind will blow at a speed of 3-8 m/s, 

it may strengthen up to 10-12 m/s. The temperature will be 15-17 degrees Celsius warm.

It will rain on March 25th. The wind will blow at a speed of 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 6-8 degrees Celsius warm, during the day 12-14 degrees Celsius warm.

On March 26-27, it will rain from time to time. The wind will blow at a speed of 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 4-6 degrees Celsius warm, during the day it will decrease to up to 8-10 degrees Celsius warm.
