In the USA, an American Airlines plane carrying at least three members of Congress collided with another plane of the same company at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. This was reported yesterday, April 10, citing the US Federal Aviation Administration by “Reuters” here.

“At Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, a plane carrying at least three Congress members was struck and passed by the wing of another American Airlines plane”, the report says.

It was specified that the planes involved in the collision were Bombardier CRJ 900 and Embraer E175. Both aircraft were replaced with reserve planes for technical inspection. The incident did not affect airport operations.
