It is reported that administrative measures and fines have been imposed on drivers for violating traffic rules in Kazakhstan, which has led to the imposition of the ban.
“After these citizens pay the designated fine in the “state services” section of Kazakhstan's “Kaspi bank” online system, measures will be taken by the relevant state authorities to lift the imposed ban”, the report says.
