The citizen whose labor rights were violated appealed to the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Oliy Majlis. The appeal was taken under control, relevant documents were studied, and a lawsuit was filed in court on behalf of the citizen by the Ombudsman.
According to the court decision, it was determined that a total of 93.4 million UZS for unpaid salary, compensation for untimely paid wages, and moral damages should be collected in favor of the citizen.
Furthermore, it was determined that the respondent employer should pay 1.8 million UZS for specialist expenses on behalf of the Uzbekistan Association of Labour Protection and Industrial Safety Specialists, and 4 million UZS as a state duty.
