In social networks, videos were spread depicting a citizen Q.Z living in Margilan city in the parking lot, dressed in attire belonging to the National Guard (Protection Unit), engaging in various topics with passengers and performing actions that tarnish the reputation of the National Guard.

The regional National Guard department has determined that the citizen Z.Q has been under supervision at the Margilan city Medical Association's Department of Mental and Nervous Diseases since 1992, identified as a lifetime second-group disabled person, and the clothing in question has been confiscated.

It is noted that the department will carry out control measures to prevent such incidents of citizens wearing fake "uniforms" in the future.
