It is reported that children have been beaten in a private kindergarten named "Tanzilandia" in the capital. Parents have reported that educators are treating their children harshly and have requested legal action. Currently, 3 educators have been fired.
On February 14, employees of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education conducted an examination at the non-governmental preschool institution "YUKSALISH CONSTRUCTION" ("Tanzilandia") located in Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent city. The press secretary of the Tashkent city court reported this to "darakchi.uz".
Based on the severe shortcomings identified, an application was filed with the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court to revoke the license of the "YUKSALISH CONSTRUCTION" private kindergarten.
On March 19 of the current year, by the decisive verdict of the court, the license MT-1104 of the "YUKSALISH CONSTRUCTION" private kindergarten, dated December 27, 2019, was revoked.
Dissatisfied with the court's decision, the defendant "YUKSALISH CONSTRUCTION" private kindergarten filed an appeal with the Tashkent City Court for Economic Affairs.
On April 23 at 12:00, the case was reviewed under the chairmanship of Judge Usmanov Anvar Akramovich at the Tashkent City Court. The court panel rejected the defendant "YUKSALISH CONSTRUCTION"’s appeal and upheld the first-instance decisive verdict.
