“According to the court's decision, A.V. was fined 17 million som. The enforcement document that came to the Yazyavan district division of the Compulsory Execution Bureau made the state executors undertake numerous explanatory works with A.V. Initially, A.V. refused to pay the fine, using the excuse of having bought medicine for the elderly man,” the report says.
As reported, due to the resolute actions of the state executors, A.V. fully paid the fine on April 24th of this year, and the execution document was effectively concluded.
