FIFA has announced the date of the draw for the final stage of the U-17 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 3-27, 2025. According to the information, the event will be held on May 25 of this year at 21:00 Tashkent time in the city of Doha.
The 48 participating teams were divided into 4 baskets, and the Uzbekistan U-17 national team was placed in the 2nd basket.
Pot 1: Qatar, Brazil, France, Mali, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, England, Japan, Paraguay, USA, Senegal
Pot 2: Republic of Korea, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Italy, Belgium, New Zealand, Chile, Venezuela, Croatia, Colombia, Honduras, Burkina Faso
Pot 3: Costa Rica, Tajikistan, Panama, Indonesia, DPRK, Côte d'Ivoire, Tunisia, New Caledonia, Canada, South Africa, Austria, Haiti
Pot 4: UAE, Portugal, Czech Republic, Ireland, Switzerland, Zambia, Egypt, Uganda, Bolivia, Saudi Arabia, El Salvador, Fiji
A total of 48 teams will participate in the tournament. They are divided into 12 groups. The teams that took first and second places in the group stage, as well as the 8 best third-placed teams, will qualify for the 1/16 finals.
